Connect to your practice in a new way by joining NOW & Yoga to You PDX on water! Soak up the Portland sunshine & blue skies with a 90-minute Stand Up Paddle (SUP) yoga class. Meet us at the specified lake or river & we will guide you in a sun-soaked flow. Enjoy the sound of water lapping against your board as you begin in meditation. Find your balance by arising into postures on hands and knees & then awaken your core muscles by slowly transitioning into standing postures. Seal your practice by returning to a lovely meditation. This class will change & challenge your yoga practice by adding new dynamics with balance.
SUP boards will be provided. Have your own board? Save yourself the trouble and use ours - we have the highest quality SUP boards, Boga SUP Boards.

Class Cancelations: We reserve the right to cancel this class if less than 4 people sign up (so, bring your friends). A full refund will be issued in the event of a cancelation.
