SOLD OUT_Yomassage™ w/ Linda Caravia

Join us for an evening of pure bliss with Yomassage™

Yomassage™ is a fusion of relaxing and supported yoga poses with hands on massage therapy. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Each pose is held for around 5-8 minutes while a licensed massage therapist comes around and performs manual massage on different parts of the body.

Yomassage™ not only allows your body to stretch and relax in restorative/yin poses, but to increase circulation, provide myofascial release, and trigger point therapy through massage.

Yomassage™ is for anyone who values massage therapy and yoga as therapeutic and healing practice.

Investment: $45

All sales are final. No refunds, account credits or transfers.

Space is limited - Advanced registration is required.

Gentle Awakening: A Spring Celebration w/ Alesha Hanson & Jen Ward

Gentle Awakening: A spring celebration

As we move into Spring energy, the aspects of us that have been resting during the winter months begin to stir and awaken. Because we are connected to the cycles of the earth, we may notice our own restlessness as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion. This special restorative and acupuncture practice allows us to fully embrace this time of rebirth, dreams and creativity as we begin anew. Relax into deeply supported, long held restful postures and receive acupuncture while in the poses. Class is infused with inspiration from Chinese medicine, poetry and yoga philosophy along with crystal bowl sound healing.

Alesha and Jen combine restorative yoga with acupuncture in a safe, calm environment. This workshop is great for people wanting to experience the healing power of acupuncture for the first time.

Acupuncture is well known for it's ability to lower stress and restore balance and energy. The benefits of acupuncture can extend to a wide variety of conditions with the most common being stress reduction. Many patients commonly report a greater sense of lightness and evenness to their moods and better able to deal with life stresses after having acupuncture.
